Administrators need to keep on eye on the state of their backups, so we’ve just added a new feature to make that super-easy. Spanning Backup admins will find a new option in their preferences where they can choose to have a stats summary delivered by email daily, weekly, monthly, or never:
I’ve just selected “Daily”, so I’ll get a daily email starting tomorrow morning that will look very much like this:
The default setting is “Weekly”, so most admins will get their first summary email Monday morning. To disable delivery altogether, or to switch to daily or monthly delivery, just sign into Spanning Backup and select the Settings tab.
