Spanning Cloud Apps, Inc. (“Spanning”) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the Spanning Backup web service (the “Service”) is of great importance to us. We also collect personal information on our website, spanningbackup.com. Because we gather important information from our users, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices.

We require users of the Service to give us information including their Google account name. Spanning uses the information to deliver the Service for individuals and their organizations.
