Chad has extensive experience scaling and developing high-performing sales teams. Through more than 17 years in enterprise sales, Chad has helped grow companies from start-ups to profitable, publicly traded firms. Prior to Spanning, Chad served as VP of Sales for Datadog a SaaS based infrastructure monitoring company where he increased the sales team from 15 to 60+ and helped increased annual revenue by over 300%. Chad has also served as VP of North American Sales at Solarwinds (NYSE: SWI) where he contributed to increased revenue from the North American Commercial Region more than 500%, as VP of Worldwide Sales – SMB at CornerstoneOnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), as well as VP of Worldwide Sales for Vyopta. Chad holds a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Louisiana State University.
