Farewell 2018, Hello 2019!

It’s been a big year for Spanning, and we couldn’t have done it without you. After a busy year of continuous growth, we are thrilled to end it as part of Kaseya’s market-leading roster of MSP and enterprise solutions.

In October 2018, we joined the Kaseya family of MSP and enterprise solutions, bringing our powerful SaaS data protection solutions for Office 365, G Suite and Salesforce to Kaseya customers. With more than 10,000 active MSP and enterprise customers worldwide and 120 billion items backed up in the last year, our backup and restore offering was a natural fit for Kaseya’s customer needs.

Speaking of backup, in 2018 alone we restored more than 30 million items. Our mission — to make losing data a non-event by returning it quickly to its proper place and state, so you can get back to work — was certainly achieved.

Over the past year, we launched major enhancements to our products, including automated metadata restore for our Spanning Backup for Salesforce product and backup performance enhancements to OneDrive and SharePoint in our Spanning Backup for Office 365 product. We also took the pulse of the market this year when we issued our “2018 Cybersecurity and Risk Awareness Survey,” uncovering employee online behaviors in the workplace that contribute to the risk of enterprise data loss.

We look forward to continuing to serve you in 2019 – in the enterprise and through Kaseya’s far-reaching channel of MSPs – while expanding our products to better protect and restore your critical SaaS data.
