Christopher Gleeson is the Systems and Network Engineer for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. As the individual in charge of making sure all technology services are delivered smoothly and rapidly across student, faculty, and staff users, he doesn’t have time to worry about data loss.
That’s why he’s happy to have Spanning Backup supporting the school’s Google Workspace for Education environment, making it easy for all users to resolve their own data loss incidents, without instruction or even involving IT. In just a couple clicks, all users can restore data that’s been accidentally deleted, lost in a bad sync, or corrupted by hackers. And that frees Gleeson’s schedule to handle higher priority concerns, removing any worry of data loss, and allowing the entire business school to work in the cloud fearlessly and collaboratively.
